We offer multiple delivery options depending on the product, brand, and your delivery location. Below is a breakdown of our delivery services.
Delivery Types
- Depot Delivery: Product is delivered to a carrier depot or warehouse in the destination city. Customer is responsible for picking up the item.
- Door Delivery: Product is delivered to your door. No setup is included.
- White Glove Delivery: Includes in-bedroom delivery, unpacking, assembly, packaging removal, and old mattress removal where available.
Mattresses, Box Springs & Toppers
Hastens:
Free White Glove Delivery is included with all orders across Canada and the United States.
Hypnos Sovereign and Royal Series:
Free White Glove Delivery is included with all orders across Canada and the United States.
Hypnos Castle Series:
-Free Door Delivery is included.
-White Glove Delivery is available at an additional charge depending on your location. We will contact you after checkout to provide options and pricing.
Sprout Signature Series (Firmus, Durus, Somnus, Luxuria):
-Free Door Delivery is included.
-White Glove Delivery is available at an additional charge depending on your location. We will contact you after checkout to provide options and pricing.
Sprout Select Series (Select Firm, Medium, Soft):
-Free Depot Delivery is included with every order.
-Door Delivery and White Glove Delivery are available at an additional charge depending on your delivery location and order size. After you complete your order, we will contact you to confirm available delivery options and pricing.
Accessories (Pillows, Mattress Pads, Comforters, etc.):
- Orders over $100 receive Free Depot Delivery
- Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination address
