Washing your Cool Gel Pillow necessitates careful handling to maintain its cooling features and overall quality. Always check the care label and any specific guidelines from the manufacturer. If machine washing is recommended, utilize a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as these can harm the cooling gel technology. For optimal results, hand washing is recommended. Fill a basin with cold water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Gently agitate the water to create suds. Immerse the pillow and softly agitate it, avoiding vigorous wringing or twisting. Drain the soapy water and refill the basin with clean cold water. Rinse the pillow thoroughly until no soap remains. Gently press the excess water out of the pillow without wringing it. To dry, place the pillow on a clean, dry towel and allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources.

We offer FREE door delivery for all Hypnos and Sprout mattress sets across Canada. We offer FREE white-glove delivery for all Hastens mattress sets across Canada.

We provide delivery through third-party shipping companies. Hence, delivery time slots are dependent on each provider's availability for that particular week. Upon purchase, you will be asked to provide your first and second delivery date preferences, which will be shared with the delivery company. Once the delivery provider has confirmed a delivery date to you, you can also expect a phone call from them on the day of delivery prior to them heading over.

White-glove delivery is a premium delivery service that offers a high level of care and attention to detail. It involves a delivery team that handles the entire delivery process, from packaging and loading to transportation and unloading. The team will also provide additional services such as unpacking, assembly, and installation of the delivered items. The term "white-glove" refers to the care and attention that is given to the delivery, as if the items were being handled with white gloves. This type of delivery is often used for fragile or valuable items, such as artwork, antiques, or high-end furniture. We offer white-glove delivery (in addition to regular door delivery) for all items we sell across Canada.
